A childlike innocence but not naive
Intelligent but insusceptible to quick belief
Wise, yet only with simple truth
Content in all extent
Humble, yet also secure
Focused and not in a blur
Uninfluenced by societies lies
Confidently getting by
Heart that’s not darkened by selfish desire
Or bound by sin, leading toward never-ending fire
Unpolluted, a heart that’s pure
Avoiding the sinful lure of cultures obsessions
Holding on to what is true
Hope in things unseen
Moving towards completion
A vessel, to be shaped a molded
Unashamed and bold
Strong and unwavering
Standing without fault or blame, no shame
And joy so great
Clearly resonates the beauty of innocence,
A heart cherished and sought after by God.
